01 / Sourcing & Discovery
Carved from a storm-felled English oak branch salvaged in Hernhill, Kent, in 2025. The wood was seasoned in our yard for a year before we began carving.
02 / Meticulous Handcraft
We planed the top surface smooth to reveal the oak's ray figures, leaving the natural charred bark on the edges, sealed with organic resin. The three legs are hand-shaped and mortised into the top wood.
03 / Character & Living
A rustic, solid side table or stool that brings the organic warmth of English oak into the home, developing a beautiful character with use and care.
