Wood-Ash Glazed Stoneware Ikebana Bowl
01 / Sourcing & Discovery
Made to order in small batches. The glaze is formulated using ashes gathered from our woodstove hearth, burned from logs of nearby Kentish apple orchards.
02 / Meticulous Handcraft
Each bowl is wheel-thrown, and a perforated clay ring is secured inside the base. After drying, the bowl is glazed and fired to 1280°C, causing the ash to run and pool in organic crackles.
03 / Character & Living
Designed for minimalist floral displays. Place single wildflower stems or orchard grasses in the frog to create simple, natural arrangements that celebrate slow, organic home design.
